About Jessica

After her daughter left for college, Jessica Seiders found herself facing a question many women quietly carry:

Who am I now?

At 37, the empty nest didn’t feel like a milestone.
It felt like something had come undone.

What followed wasn’t a plan—it was a breaking point.

She left a 15-year corporate career, sold everything she owned, and boarded a one-way flight to Spain with a backpack and no clear direction.

What came next wasn’t a reset.

It was a dismantling.

Twenty-one countries over seven years.

More than three years living out of a backpack and suitcase.

Fifteen months of that spent in Bali during the pandemic.

And one of the hardest seasons of her life—caretaking for two terminally ill parents while trying to understand who she was becoming.

Beneath all of it was something she didn’t yet have language for:

perimenopause—misread, dismissed, and quietly shaping everything.

But this isn’t a story about travel.

It’s about what happens when the life you built no longer fits—and what it actually takes to rebuild from the inside out.

Jessica didn’t set out to create a framework for reinvention.

She was living it.

What became the FORGED Method™—a six-step process for identity reinvention—was built in real time, before she ever had a name for it.

Today, she is the author of Fearless Empty Nester, founder of Fearless Empty Nester Global, and a speaker helping women navigate the space between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming.

Her work has been featured in NextTribe, with an upcoming publication in HuffPost (August/September 2026).

If you’re somewhere in the middle of your own reinvention—questioning, rebuilding, or just beginning to ask what comes next—you’re exactly who this is for.
