Jessica speaks to audiences navigating identity, transition, and what comes next.

Jessica Seiders is the author of Fearless Empty Nester, founder of Fearless Empty Nester Global, creator of the FORGED Method™ and a speaker on identity reinvention in midlife.

After becoming an empty nester at 37, she left a 15-year corporate career, sold everything she owned, and spent seven years traveling to more than 20 countries—an experience that became the foundation for her work today.

Her work has been featured in NextTribe magazine (April 2026), with a confirmed HuffPost feature (approximately September 2026).

Through her FORGED Method™, Jessica helps women move through identity transitions with clarity—rebuilding who they are when the life they built no longer fits.

Her talks resonate with audiences navigating:

  • empty nest transitions

  • midlife identity shifts

  • reinvention after disruption

Audiences leave with a clear framework for navigating transition and rebuilding what comes next.
